Mineral King Trip - Winter 2005

This gallery contains photos from an epic trip made by my cousin John King and myself during 2/12/05 to 2/15/05. This was our first winter backpacking experience, and so we were prepared for arctic temperatures, howling winds, additional days and a hole in the time continuum. Thankfully none of these events occurred (especially the hole) and thus this trip tops our list in many positive categories. This trip also contained the added, hidden side effect of causing numb big toes for myself. Of course one negative in a column long with positives is hardly worth mentioning. The photos in this gallery are a combination of photos from Johns' digital and my film camera. It's cool to actually be in some photos!! All of my photos have a letter at the end of the number sequence. Have a fun time in this adventure and make sure to leave comments!!!

Detailed trip report by John

Movies!!! This movie page is working for fake streaming (you can't change play location until it is downloaded completely) and downloading. Unfortunately I have only been able to get the "streaming" part to work in iexplorer. Being that everyone with a windows OS has this built in, I figure that's not too much of a problem. For "streaming" be patient and let it download, it should automatically play when it can.
